Headquartered in Winnipeg, MB, Petsecure is underwritten by Petline Insurance Company. We’re the first and only licensed insurance company in Canada to focus solely on pet health insurance.

It’s no secret, our love for pets runs deep. Most of our employees are pet owners themselves and our pet-friendly office means a pat or a cuddle is never far away.

 

Our Petsecure team of over 150 employees includes licensed insurance advisors, bilingual representatives, and a claims team staffed by animal health technologists with real, hands-on experience in vet clinics. We also have a dedicated group of support staff and representatives across Canada who work with clinics, breeders and shelters.

Raegan Ahlbaum

AVP Petline Operations

Raegan is the proud owner of a Boston terrier named Craig who oversees dog toys, squeaky balls, and treat distribution. As the Assistant Vice President (AVP) of Petline Operations, Raegan oversees the strategic operations across the company.

Having been with Petline since 2010, she’s held numerous leadership roles that have helped her gain a comprehensive understanding of the business and drive growth. 

Raegan’s expertise and genuine love for pets make her an invaluable member of the team at Petline!

Alyx White

Manager, Customer Care

Alyx is the proud dog mom to a sweet and somewhat lazy 11-year-old Pomeranian/Chihuahua named Charlie! Alyx has been with Petline since 2013 where she’s held different roles within the service team, before moving to the role of Manager of Customer Care in 2018. Alyx is accountable for attaining sales, service, and retention targets, while managing operations of the customer care center, and employee engagement.

Most importantly, she works hard to make sure every customer is satisfied! 

Zoe Kubinec

Director, Customer Operations

They say dog’s personalities match their owners. Zoe’s dog, Kyro, loves a never-ending game of fetch. When wanting attention, he will perform a dance by standing on his rear legs and wave his paws at you. 

His persistence and convincing abilities are totally relatable. As Director, Customer Operations, Zoe has that same dedication and passion. Zoe’s goal is to enhance our customer experience by instilling a customer centric approach. She motivates our teams and improve workflows for operational excellence.

With 10+ years’ experience, Zoe has grown to understand our customers desires and our operational opportunities. Like a never-ending game of fetch, Zoe will always have her “paws up” for ensuring a smooth customer experience. 

Jazmin Scott

Manager, Corporate Accounts

Jazmin is the Manager of Corporate Accounts and has a genuine love for all animals. She especially loves her boxer/husky/shepherd mix, Bradley, and turtle, Joey!

With over 15 years of experience at Petline, she’s held many roles throughout her journey. Jazmin is a leader in the Sales & Distribution team. Leading the strategic development and implementation of business growth, she also builds and maintains strong and collaborative relationships with our partners.

Jazmin advocates for animal welfare and is passionate about expressing her creative side in everything she does!
