It meant so much to us

In the aftermath of the wildfires in Fort McMurray, Alberta, we've heard from a few customers who (most importantly) reassured us that their families (including their pets, of course) were safe and that they were happy and relieved by Petsecure's efforts to help out in their time of need.

Here are a few of their stories:

It meant so much to us to know Petsecure were as concerned about our pups as we were

"May 3rd, my family was evacuated from our home in Fort McMurray Alberta. Our city was burning to the ground, so we packed our two West Highland Terriers and headed for safety. It took us three days and a flight with both our pups in our laps but we made it out.

The FIRST message that was left on our voicemail was from a representative with Petsecure to tell us they heard about the disaster and were checking in in hopes we all made it out safe. They also told us they were waiving our premiums to help us get through this time. When I called Petsecure back to let them know that we were all out safe they were so happy that our pups were safe and doing well and made sure to assure us if they needed anything they were there to help.

Just wanted to give Petsecure recognition for their thoughtfulness as it meant so much to us to know they were as concerned about our pups as we were.

Almost 4 weeks later, living in a hotel waiting to go back to Fort McMurray and get our pups back to their toys and yard. Thank you so much from Ramsey and Rylie!"

Words cannot describe how grateful I am to Petsecure for this amazing gesture

"I received a message on my answering machine yesterday and I couldn't believe my ears.

I was told that Petsecure was going to waive my pet insurance payments for the next three months due to currently being evacuated from Fort McMurray because of a massive wildfire.

Words cannot describe how grateful I am to Petsecure for this amazing gesture. I will forever be a loyal customer. The compassion this company had shown the residents of Fort McMurray is truly heartwarming. Thank you, thank you, thank you, Petsecure!”
