Thanks to Petsecure, which I totally believe in, I managed to get most of the money back for the surgery and save Dixie’s life!

I purchased my girl in hopes of having a successful show dog, but I soon learned that wouldn’t be the case. Dixie is a beautiful dog, and smart as a whip, but her bite turned out very bad and there was no way I could show her.
As she matured, she became very ill after her second heat. I took Dixie to Central Veterinary Clinic of Chilliwack, who said she had an infection. We started her on some antibiotics and she seemed to bounce back to her regular self, though 5 days later we noticed she was still not well and was very lethargic. I called the vet immediately and he told me to bring her in right away. She had a temperature of 104 which is very high for a dog. The veterinarian determined it was pyometra - a disease of the uterus. He gave Dixie more antibiotics, a needle and sent us home to try and get her temperature down so he could operate. It took about a day or so and her temperature started to come down, but she was by no means feeling any better. I called the veterinarian and he scheduled her for surgery.
After he had done the surgery, the veterinarian said Dixie was lucky to survive as her uterus was so inflamed which made for a difficult surgery. I wasn’t worried. I had all the faith in our veterinarian.
Dixie came out of the surgery and has never looked back. The surgery, however, was very expensive! Thanks to Petsecure, which I totally believe in, I managed to get most of the money back for the surgery and save Dixie’s life! To this day she is happy and teaches her best friend Chick everything.
Dixie went on to do agility for fun. She loved it! She also completed her sheep herding test, which she loved as well. I now have Petsecure for both my dogs and recommend it to all my friends.
Thanks Petsecure!
