Cookie

I got Cookie, my pure-bred Himalayan cat, when she was just a kitten. Her huge personality and big blue eyes have always had a special place in my heart.

The day she fell from my seventh floor apartment balcony was the day my heart broke. I was devastated, worried and scared. To see her in so much pain was unbearable. I rushed her to Willowdale Animal Hospital and hoped that I would make it in time to save my princess.

The vet discovered that Cookie had broken her jaw, her palate and her two front paws. I was so sad for her! He then explained that she would have to endure many procedures and spend lots of time in the hospital.
