Glenn Williams - President & Chief Executive Officer
Glenn's portfolio of experience consists of years of strategic leadership and direction of a combination of financial, operational, production and logistics departments and their respective deliverables. He has been with Petsecure pet health insurance since March 2010 in the initial capacity of VP Operations and subsequently as Chief Operating Officer in May 2011. He was appointed President & CEO in January 2012. Prior to joining the Company, Glenn spent several years within the publishing/printing industry as a senior executive.
Glenn is a council member of the Insurance Institute of Manitoba and participates in committee and volunteer work with the Winnipeg Humane Society. He is a graduate of the University of Manitoba with a Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) and is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Manitoba and Canada. Glenn is actively enrolled in the Chartered Insurance Professional program of the Insurance Institute of Canada.

Barry Spencer - Vice President Finance
Prior to joining Western Financial Insurance Company, Barry was the Vice President of Finance at Western Life Assurance, our sister company. His extensive experience in financial services has spanned both the life insurance and property and casualty insurance business. Overseeing all management and regulatory financial reporting, Barry is also responsible for our corporate compliance programs. He works closely with the Company's investment managers and actuary to ensure all the organization's acturaries capital requirements are duly managed within Canada's established regulatory guidelines.

Dr. Lynn Webster -
Chair, Veterinary Advisory Board
Dr. Webster is a highly-respected veterinarian who maintains his well-established ties to the veterinary medical and educational system. A past president of the Canadian Veterinary Medical Association, very few individuals are qualified to better Lynn's comprehensive understanding of animal health, vet industry best practices and the logistics of pet health Insurance. This experience makes him our ideal liaison with the veterinary community, helps us monitor the ongoing effectiveness of our products, and assists us in ongoing claims and underwriting decisions.

Dr. Colleen Skavinsky - Chief Veterinary Officer
Colleen brings over 21 years of veterinary knowledge and compassionate understanding of the family-pet bond to her work as Chief Veterinary Officer. Through her work with police dogs and their devoted human partners, she has developed a special interest in the exciting challenges of medicine and surgery for professional service dogs. She volunteers actively within the Manitoba Veterinary Medical Association and is the Veterinarian for Canadian Urban Search and Rescue Task Force-4. Colleen believes that the veterinarian in today's society is in a unique position to offer cutting-edge care for our pets, especially for those cats and dogs covered under pet health insurance policies.

Kim Schroeder - Director, Product & Process
Kim's formal training as an Animal Health Technician, experience in a veterinary practice environment, and years of dedication in our organization have made her a unique and valuable asset to our company. Also a level 3 insurance professional, Kim's extensive knowledge of vet practices, combined with her positions in the management of our claims and underwriting department, helps to ensure we consistently deliver efficient, first-rate customer care and claims experiences throughout every aspect of our operation.

Raegan is the Manager, Learning and Development for Petsecure pet health insurance. With over 17 years in the service industry, she has a strong passion for employee development. Her past experience includes developing, implementing and facilitating training programs for sales, service and human resources teams.
Raegan brings her creative and innovative learning solutions to Petsecure that contribute to the overall development of our employees.

Michael Girardin - E-Commerce Manager
Mike is a long-time veteran of the web who has architected and implemented solutions, delivered solid user experience, and developed online strategy for more than 15 years. He is a recognized professional in his field who has received several awards of distinction and has been articled in multiple national newspapers for his work. Formerly having helped federal political parties, crown corporations, government departments, private industry, and not-for-profit organizations meet or exceed their online goals, Mike brings a depth of knowledge to Petsecure that will help the Company to make effective use of the web as a means of driving business and delivering excellent customer service.

Mika Sanson - Manager, Marketing & Communications
At Petsecure, marketing is ultimately the bridge between product design and implementation, between the customer's expectations and our capacity for delivery. All of our programs' collateral materials and communication campaigns - including those for the public, as well as the veterinary, shelter and breeder communities - require Mika's guidance and coordination. Working strategically with our CEO, Mika capably and efficiently leads our team of marketing specialists, each of whom benefits from her design and communications expertise, as well as her strong leadership and project management skills.

Kevin Semenchuk - National Sales Manager
As National Sales Manager for Western Financial Insurance Company, Kevin brings to his role 22 years of management experience in sales and marketing in both transportation and financial services industries.
For 15 years, Kevin managed sales and marketing for a major tire manufacturer where he was responsible for growing varied channels of distribution.
Along with his six years of financial advising, Kevin has worked as a Branch Manager for a leading safety and maintenance product supplier to the transportation industry where he was responsible for developing and revising distribution strategies.
In his current role, Kevin leads a diverse and highly motivated sales team. By collaborating with other members of the executive team, Kevin communicates strategies to meet the long and short-term goals of his team. He is also responsible for executing the company's objectives in all distribution channels, ensuring the continued delivery of exceptional customer care.
