Glenn Williams - President & Chief Executive Officer
Glenn's portfolio of experience consists of years of strategic leadership and direction of a combination of financial, operational, production and logistics departments and their respective deliverables. He has been with Petsecure pet health insurance since March 2010 in the initial capacity of VP Operations and subsequently as Chief Operating Officer in May 2011. He was appointed President & CEO in January 2012. Prior to joining the Company, Glenn spent several years within the publishing/printing industry as a senior executive.
Glenn is a council member of the Insurance Institute of Manitoba and participates in committee and volunteer work with the Winnipeg Humane Society. He is a graduate of the University of Manitoba with a Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) and is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Manitoba and Canada.
Glenn is actively enrolled in the Chartered Insurance Professional program of the Insurance
Institute of Canada.

Barry Spencer - Vice President, Finance
Prior to joining Western Financial Insurance Company, Barry was the Vice President of Finance at Western Life Assurance, our sister company. His extensive experience in financial services has spanned both the life insurance and property and casualty insurance business. Overseeing all management and regulatory financial reporting, Barry is also responsible for our corporate compliance programs. He works closely with the Company's investment managers and actuary to ensure all the organization's acturaries capital requirements are duly managed within Canada's established regulatory guidelines.

Bill Skubovius - Vice President, Business Development
Bill has been with WFIC since April of 2009, and was the recipient of our organizations “Chairman’s Award” for outstanding achievement in 2011. He is also our past Director of Customer Care, where he was instrumental at increasing performance and operational efficiency, as well as developing a culture that has resulted in improved employee engagement, and reduced turnover. Prior to joining the company, Bill held a series of increasingly responsible business development roles at an Execute level, primarily in the Internet and Mail-Order
Pharmacy industry.
Bill is a visionary who takes a strategic approach toward the growth of our organization, focusing heavily on enhancing the visibility of our core Petsecure brand through the utilization of various media channels, strengthening the performance of our existing white label and channel partners, driving new relevant business relationships to increase sales, and strongly contributing to the overall financial growth of the company.
To better aid our organization in future business planning, Bill is also actively pursuing his Chartered Insurance Professional (CIP) designation through the Insurance Institute of Canada, in order to enhance his knowledge in insurance practice, insurance law, and underwriting principles.

Dr. Lynn Webster -
Chair, Veterinary Advisory Board
Dr. Webster is a highly-respected veterinarian who maintains his well-established ties to the veterinary medical and educational system. A past president of the Canadian Veterinary Medical Association, very few individuals are qualified to better Lynn's comprehensive understanding of animal health, vet industry best practices and the logistics of pet health Insurance. This experience makes him our ideal liaison with the veterinary community, helps us monitor the ongoing effectiveness of our products, and assists us in ongoing claims and underwriting decisions.

Dr. Colleen Skavinsky - Chief Veterinary Officer
Colleen brings over 21 years of veterinary knowledge and compassionate understanding of the family-pet bond to her work as Chief Veterinary Officer. Through her work with police dogs and their devoted human partners, she has developed a special interest in the exciting challenges of medicine and surgery for professional service dogs. She volunteers actively within the Manitoba Veterinary Medical Association and is the Veterinarian for Canadian Urban Search and Rescue Task Force-4. Colleen believes that the veterinarian in today's society is in a unique position to offer cutting-edge care for our pets, especially for those cats and dogs covered
under pet health
insurance policies.

Kim Schroeder - Director, Product & Process
Kim's formal training as an Animal Health Technician, experience in a veterinary practice environment, and years of dedication in our organization have made her a unique and valuable asset to our company. Also a level 3 insurance professional, Kim's extensive knowledge of our products and business processes, combined with past positions in the management of our claims and underwriting department, helps to ensure we consistently deliver efficient, first-rate customer experiences throughout every aspect of our operation.

Sean Dexter - Director, Customer Care Centre
Sean is a seasoned leader with 14 years of Management and Leadership experience. Sean began his career as a Marketing Representative with Federated Insurance in Ottawa, Ontario. Upon leaving Federated Sean returned to Winnipeg as the National Sales Manager for HR Adworks and after 4 years was recruited to take over as the Director of Employee Benefits with Rice Financial. In 2007 Sean relocated to Kelowna, BC where he took on the role as Director of Sales for Planet Web Inc. and finally came home to Manitoba and joined the team at Western Financial Insurance.
