Kira

On June 1, 2004, my Kira fractured her limb. She had jumped and fell the wrong way. I just went crazy. The fact that she was so small (4 months) and she just kept crying. My heart broke for her. I picked her up and rushed her to the Animal emergency, not considering how much this would cost me. When I got to the hospital, they took her x-ray and gave her medication.

I was told that she had a fracture and had to have an operation to correct it. I was devastated. I had no money for this. Thank God I had decided to get pet insurance

When I first got Kira, I knew nothing about taking care of a dog, especially a little pup. A friend of mine told me to call Petsecure and they will help, and boy... did they ever. I got full coverage for Kira and not thinking that I would ever need it. So I did. Everyone thought I was crazy to get insurance for a dog and laughed..... but who's crazy now. I was paying the same amount for a membership at the gym, which I was not even using.

Petsecure saved me and my little Kira. I don't know what I would have done if I didn't have the insurance. The cost of surgery and x-ray came to about $2,500 which I borrowed from someone. I was shocked to the amount which I received back. Kira is doing well and will be having another surgery to have the plate removed and spay. I have recommended Petsecure to everyone.
