What is a Web Affiliate Program?
A web affiliate program is a revenue sharing program where an affiliate (i.e. you) will receive income for referrals from your website to ours. Setting up the program is FREE and only takes a few minutes.
Earn $25 for every visitor sales lead referred from your website that purchases a Petsecure pet insurance policy. If you refer 20 people a month, and half of them purchase a policy, that's $250 each month! (Note: The affiliate program is available anywhere in North Amerca; however, Petsecure pet insurance policies can only be purchased by residents of Canada who are over the age of 18. )

What is required from me to set it up?
Once we review your application and set up your account, we will email you your personalized web affiliate tracking code. Then it's as simple as copying and pasting the code into your website!
Please note that Petsecure's Web Affiliate program does not include purchased ad words on Google or Overture. If you use Google's ad words or paid placement in their content network, any referrals that convert to policy purchases as a result will not be eligible for referral fees. No exceptions.
Petsecure tracks referrals for 6 months. So even if a referral doesn't purchase a pet insurance policy today, but returns to purchase within 6 months, you will still receive $25!

How often will I get paid?
You will receive payments once a policy has been activated for 2 months. There is no need for you to send us an invoice, we will automatically track your account and pay you by cheque (note there is a $100 minimum to write a cheque).
Can I also put these links into newsletters?
Sure! But please don't spam. Electronic newsletters and e-mail lists are fine as long as they are "opt-in" lists and meet PIPEDA requirements.

One night, Shadow was not her usual playful self. I took her into our veterinary practice right away. Growing inside of her was a five pound tumour! She was bleeding internally and had to have surgery immediately. Amazingly enough, Shadow was walking 13 hours after the surgery and was home within four days. We were so happy to have her back but knew that along with her happy homecoming came a $5,000 surgery bill! Like most people, we don't have that kind of money just lying around to cover such an expensive operation; we were terrified. Petsecure stepped up and came to our rescue, covering the bill. Without that coverage I don't want to think about what could have happened that night.
A few months later, Shadow developed a Hernia near her incision scar, which we had removed later that week. We took our regular September vacation and everything seemed fine. When we got home, Shadow was again, not acting herself. We took her to the veterinarian right away and learned that she had an auto-immune disorder. Her temperature was 104.5 degrees that night. If we didn't catch the disorder and treat it right away, she could have passed away in her sleep. That night the bill was $3,500, and again Petsecure came to our rescue. She's now on daily medication to keep her disorder under control.
When I look back and tally up all of the costs we have endured through Shadow's life, the bill has come to around $10,000! We are so incredibly pleased that we have Petsecure pet health insurance for Shadow and our other dog, Panda. Everyone at Petsecure is so understanding, compassionate and caring about our situation that we feel like we have been dealing with family all this time.
Today, I recommend Petsecure to complete strangers in our veterinary practice, out for coffee with friends or even in line at the grocery store. We will be Petsecure members as long as we have four-legged members in our family, which will be forever! We could never thank you enough.
