Manager – Training and Development
The successful candidate has experience as a trainer and is energetic, with a strong work ethic, setting the standard for achievement, customer service and accomplishment. Proven effective interpersonal and communication skills will provide leadership and encouragement to others and establish positive relationships. This individual will be responsible for:
- Developing and delivering various corporate training programs
- Assisting in a large project developing a new policy system including leading QA and training
- Managing the participation of training specialists and subject experts in training programs
- Working with department managers to develop and maintain efficient procedures
- Creating training opportunities for various levels of employees
Product Manager
The successful candidate has experience working on projects documenting requirements and with quality assurance activities. You will also have experience in the administration and maintenance of systems and related documentation. The candidate should have strong organizational skills, experience in facilitation and effective communication skills (written and verbal). Understanding of insurance business and terminology will be considered an asset. The individual will be responsible for:
- Maintaining various network systems through security management, workflow design, rules engines and reference data
- Assisting in a large project developing a new policy system including QA and system set up and implementation
- Developing business requirements for systems programming and reporting
- Analysing report data and report findings to management team
Team Leader – Customer Centre
- Lead/Coach your team & deliver performance reviews
- Deliver QA sessions to your team
- Identifying training required – working with Managers to schedule refresher training
- Responsibility for monitoring & adjusting ACD criteria
- Manage queue application/agent priority
- Shift work and rotational Saturdays required
- Front-line assistance to all team members
Starting salary $32,000 to $42,000 per year plus the potential to earn up to $1,000 monthly in additional bonuses. Do you have experience working in sales, customer service, or in a customer centre environment? Are you passionate about pets? This unique opportunity may also suit those with experience in a veterinary practice.
- Starting wage of $12.36/hour for unlicensed individuals plus the potential to earn $1.50 to $5.00 per hour in commission
- Part-time employees will work a minimum of a 17 hour work week (min. 2 evening per week and Saturdays)
- Full time employees will work a 35 hour work week (rotational Saturdays)

Animal Health Professional – Claims Adjuster / Underwriter
Have you been working in a veterinary practice as an Animal Health Technologist but you're looking for a change? We are currently seeking a Claims Adjuster/Underwriter to help respond to our growing number of insured pets.
Qualifications Required:
In this position, you'll use your medical training, keen attention to detail and computer skills to help develop coverage guidelines, assess pets' medical histories for policy approval and analyze claims to determine how much will be paid to our pet parents. This unique position offers a starting salary of $29,000 - $39,000 per year.
