ANIMAL HEALTH PROFESSIONAL - CLAIMS ADJUSTER

We are looking for a person with keen attention to detail, knowledge and experience in the Animal Health field. You will use your medical training to assess pets' medical histories for policy approval and analyze claims to determine how much will be paid to our pet parents. Strong communication skills are required to respond to claim and veterinarian inquiries.
Qualifications Required:
- Proficient computer aptitude in a Windows environment
- Above average oral and written skills
- 30 wpm minimum keyboarding speed
- Sound mathematical skills
- Works well independently and as a Team
- Animal Health Technologist Degree an asset
- Above average time management skills
- Bilingualism an asset

QUALITY SPECIALIST

The Quality Specialist is responsible for developing, managing and delivering our quality program to both internal and external customers. This position will work with Customer Care Leaders/Director to identify training gaps and recommend and co-ordinate the delivery of refresher training sessions that will drive us to exceed our customer’s expectations. This position will liaison between Learning and Development and Customer Care. This position will work closely with the Learning and Development team to enhance our new hire training program. This position will be responsible for performing call quality analysis on sales and service calls in a contact centre environment.

CORPORATE REPORTS ANALYST

The Corporate Reports Analyst will examine and evaluate purpose and content of business reports to develop new reports and improve existing format. The Corporate Reports Analyst will be responsible for querying data, evaluating findings, and providing written and verbal summaries of analyses.
The Corporate Reports Analyst will establish new or modify existing reporting methods and procedures to improve report content and completeness of information. The Corporate Reports Analyst may prepare and issue instructions concerning generation, completion, and distribution of reports.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work with multiple data sources to create and maintain daily and monthly reports
- Review corporate operating data and aid management in making short and long-term decisions
- Make recommendations to automate and improve reporting effectiveness
- Complete analysis of reports obtained from various departments such as Sales, Marketing, E-Commerce, Claims, and Administration
- Provide written recommendations of changing business needs
Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Commerce (Finance, Accounting or other quantitative field) or Bachelor of Science (Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science or other quantitative filed)
- Minimum of 1 year reporting in a financial or corporate environment
- Proficiency with MS SQL Server Reporting Services preferred
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Access and Microsoft Excel
- Advanced analytic skills and ability to translate data to business contexts
- Ability to successfully manage multiple reporting requests in a deadline-driven environment

OUTBOUND SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE

INSURANCE REPRESENTATIVE

If you already hold a valid General Insurance License or CAIB 1, 2, 3, or 4, we want you! We are also looking for individuals who are willing to obtain their license within our paid training program. .
Upon holding a valid license, or successful completion of our paid licensing program, representatives will receive:
- A starting annual salary between $25,000 - $35,000 depending on license held and past experience, specific to insurance.
- Monthly commission paid on all sales
- Full time employees work a 35 hour work week (shifts & rotational Saturdays)
Qualifications:
- Bilingual in French and English an asset
- Post secondary education an asset
- Experience using Windows and Microsoft Office
- Must be willing to obtain General Insurance License (company paid) or provide a copy of existing license
